It is understood that the invention patent of this technology is a polymer modification technology, which specifically relates to a flame-retardant PPO alloy for fuel cells and its preparation method. The flame retardant PPO alloy for fuel cells is made of the following components: PPO resin, pet water bottle recycling material, titanium boron containing silicone resin, namilan ceramic powder, compatibilizer, toughener, flame retardant, antioxidant and lubricant.
Through the technical crosslinking modification of these components, the modified PPO alloy has good corrosion resistance, toughness, mechanical property, flame retardancy, high thermal deformation temperature, and is suitable for the thin-walled design of large volume shells. In particular, the addition of nano ceramic powder to this patented technology can further enhance the corrosion resistance of PPO alloy and avoid embrittlement and cracking of materials caused by electrolyte corrosion.
