In January this year, the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of ecology and environment issued the opinions on Further Strengthening the treatment of plastic pollution, which defined the timetable for controlling "white pollution" and the scope of restrictions and bans, taking 2020, 2022 and 2025 as nodes.
