Our testing laboratory passed the preliminary review of CNAs on-site review

From July 3 to 5, the testing laboratory of our headquarters successfully passed the on-site review of China National Accreditation Service for conformity assessment (CNAs).
China National Accreditation Service for conformity assessment (CNAs) sent a review expert group to review all elements and all technical capabilities of our testing laboratory application for accreditation according to the standards for accreditation of testing and calibration laboratory capabilities (cnas-cl01:2018), guidelines for internal laboratory accreditation of enterprises (cnas-gl43) and other relevant accreditation standards.
During the review process, the review team randomly checked the internal audit records, management review records, supplier review records, contract review records and other quality records. Through on-site testing of 12 testing items in the field of plastics and rubber, the testing ability, familiarity with standards, and familiarity with testing processes of testing personnel were assessed. At the same time, the review experts also spot checked technical records such as typical test reports and original records, and assessed Authorized Signatories in relevant fields through on-site questions.
After three days of strict and meticulous review, the review team agreed that the organization structure of our testing laboratory was clear, the internal responsibility allocation was reasonable, the personnel capacity met the requirements, the equipment environment met the needs, and all activities were under control, meeting the recognition requirements. The review team agreed to recommend to CNAs for recognition.
At the same time, the review experts put forward several general nonconformities in personnel management, equipment management, externally provided products and services, method selection and verification, report results, management system document distribution, internal audit, etc., and gave specific improvement opinions and suggestions.
The testing laboratory of our company will take this review as an opportunity to further strengthen internal quality management, expand the coverage of testing capacity, and improve the management level and testing technology capacity of the laboratory. With professional technology and enthusiastic attitude, we will continue to provide better services to our internal and external customers.
